Frequently Asked Questions
Why is your quotation higher than other suppliers?
In the domestic market, high and low-quality inverter brands are mixed together. Many low-cost inverters are actually assembled in small unlicensed workshops. They crudely reduce costs by using substandard components, posing a very big security risk! To protect personal and property safety, please do not covet low prices and choose a reliable inverter.
How many categories does it have according to the output waveform?
Type one: Sine Wave inverter, which uses PWM pulse width modulation to generate modified sine waves. Due to the usage of an intelligent dedicated circuit and a high-power field effect tube, it greatly reduces the power loss and increases the soft-start function, effectively ensuring the reliability of the inverter. If the power quality is not highly demanded, it is able to meet the needs of most electrical equipment. But there still exist 20% harmonic distortion problems when running sophisticated equipment, which can also cause high-frequency interference to radio communications equipment. This kind of inverter can meet the basic needs of most of our power, with high efficiency, low noise, and a moderate price, thus becoming the mainstream product in the market.
Type two: Pure Sine Wave inverter, which adopts an isolated coupling circuit design, high efficiency, high stability of the output waveform, high-frequency technology, and is small in size. It is suitable for all kinds of load and can be connected to any common electrical devices and inductive load devices (such as refrigerators, electric drills, etc.) without any interference (e.g. buzz and TV noise). The output of a pure sine wave inverter is the same as the grid power we daily use, or even better, because it does not have grid electromagnetic pollution.
Is the output voltage of our inverter stable?
Absolutely. Our inverter is designed with a reliable regulator circuit. You can verify this by measuring the true value with a multimeter. The output voltage is highly stable. Note: many customers find it seems unstable when using conventional multimeters to measure voltage. This is due to incorrect testing methods; ordinary multimeters can only test pure sine waves accurately.
What are resistive load appliances?
Generally speaking, appliances like mobile phones, computers, LCD TVs, incandescent bulbs, electric fans, video broadcasts, small printers, electric mahjong machines, rice cookers, etc., all belong to resistive loads. Our modified sine wave inverters can power them successfully.
What are inductive load appliances?
It refers to appliances applying the electromagnetic induction principle, produced by high-power electrical products such as motor types, compressors, relays, fluorescent lamps, electric stoves, refrigerators, air conditioners, energy-saving lamps, pumps, etc. These products' startup power is far more than their rated power (about 3-7 times). Therefore, only a pure sine wave inverter is suitable for them.
What should be noticed when installing the inverter?
Put the product in a place that is well-ventilated, cool, dry, and waterproof. Please do not apply stress or insert foreign objects into the inverter. Remember to turn on the inverter before turning on the connected appliances.
