All our processes strictly adhere to ISO-9001 procedures. We offer a 12-month quality warranty from the delivery date. If the product does not work properly as described due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide exchange services for the same item. Our support staff is always available to assist you.
Q4 What if we don't find what we need on your website? Do you provide customization?
Yes, we provide bespoke services based on specific requirements. You can send your detailed requirements via email, and we will check the feasibility. We develop new models regularly, some of which may not yet be listed on the website. Alternatively, you can send us samples for custom development.
Q5 Can I buy 1 or 2 pieces of samples for testing before placing a bulk order?
