All our processes strictly adhere to ISO-9001 procedures. We offer a 12-month quality warranty from the delivery date. If the product does not work properly as described, and the problem is proven to be caused by the manufacturing process, we will provide exchange services for the same specific item. Also, our support staff will always be there to assist you.

Q4. If we don't find what we need on your website, what should we do? Do you offer customization services per specific requirements?

Yes, we can provide bespoke services to customers with specific requirements. You can send your detailed requirements, and we will check if we can develop them. We develop new models regularly, some of which may not yet be updated on our website. Alternatively, you can send us samples and we can develop the new models specifically for you.

Once your requirement is clear and you have determined which product is ideal for you, we will send a pro-forma invoice. You can pay via TT bank transfer, Western Union, or PAYPAL as preferred.
