1. Mitigating Grid Fluctuations & Power Anomalies
Egypt’s electrical distribution system, managed under the Egyptian Electricity Holding Company (EEHC), has achieved significant capacity expansion. However, localized industrial zones still face voltage surges, sags, and transient spikes. B2B operations in 10th of Ramadan City and 6th of October City cannot afford hardware failures caused by raw grid voltage swings.
Our Switching Power Supplies (SMPS) incorporate Active Power Factor Correction (PFC). With an active wide-range input framework (typically 90V to 264V AC), our modules absorb erratic input and output constant, filtered DC power, reducing harmonic distortion and protecting downstream industrial automation equipment.
2. Extreme Thermal Operations (Up to 50°C Ambient)
Unlike standard electronics designed for temperate climates, power conversion units in Egyptian desert plants, outdoor telecom boxes in Sinai, or solar pump arrays in Upper Egypt must endure high ambient temperatures.
We build our switching units using high-temperature rated Japanese capacitors, premium thermal paste, and structural heavy-duty aluminum heat sinks. Combined with temperature-controlled fan cooling, our power supplies deliver full rated output without derating, even under intense local conditions.
